The recent changes and fluctuations in the economic trends around the globe has increased the need for better and improved functioning of the organizations to deal with contingent situations. Thus organizations and their managers tend to change their mindsets and need to engage themselves in broad based thinking, visualizing and nurturing accompanied by the best use of the knowledge and creativity of employee’s .To fulfill this aim the best philosophy is to empower employees thus enabling them to make decisions about their own work and taking responsibility for their results.
